I have been going Dr Palermo for the last 20 years. I have enjoyed the professionalism, warmth and friendliness of all the staff. The office space is pristine. All the staff, from behind the desk to my hygienist, Stephanie are fabulous! I love this dental office

Let’s talk about customer service, Matthews Dental Care reminds me of small town business. Where the owner was glad to see you, knows you by name. They thrive on patient care and not on industry standards. Every patient is considered as an individual meeting that patients need. Dr P is the best! I am the only one in my family that does not get overly anxious when coming to the dentist. Your staff has made note of that and makes my husband and sons very comfortable during their visits. I have been going to Matthews Dental/Dr Robert Binkley for over 40 years. I was there when it was a single practice and have stayed there. The staff are amazing. I feel like my hygienist is family. Kim always welcomes me with a smile. We catch up with each other’s lives every 6 months. I love going to this office. Dr Clarke is wonderful. He cares about my dental health and concerns. He answers my questions and gives good feedback. I always recommend this office to anyone who will listen.

Heidi was my hygienist today and I was provided with an amazing cleaning! Just the detail with which she polished my teeth made them feel so clean. She also took great care to let me know what she was doing throughout my cleaning so that I might feel relaxed and informed. I feel like I had a spa experience for my mouth today! As always, Dr. Clarke is professional, thorough and always brings a positive and fun energy! I love coming here!

Let me preface this by saying that I genuinely dislike going to the dentist. I'd rather scrape my knee and pour isopropyl on it than go and get a cleaning. I've also had some truly unfortunate experiences with a previous dentist that make me more likely to volunteer for an enema than go for my annual dental visit. That being said, my experience with Matthews Dental Care was truly excellent. The most prominent word that comes to mind when dealing with this dental office is "kindness." They asked me about fears and anxieties I had and worked to help me avoid them. They explained everything well and went out of their way to make me comfortable. The exam was incredibly thorough - I've never had an exam like this for my teeth. And let me tell you: Miss Elizabeth, my sweet and professional hygienist, was just lovely to be with. She also cleaned my teeth like they were sinners waiting for Jesus. I have NEVER had my teeth cleaned so well! I bet she probably found pieces of hamburger I ate back in the 1980s - that's how amazingly well she cleaned my teeth! As for the dentist himself, Dr. Surface was friendly, honest, and professional. He also took the time to listen to my concerns and health history before rendering his opinion for my dental care. I can say, without hesitation, that I really enjoyed this dental visit - a first for me ever!

Who knew a dental appointment could feel like a vacation? With the Maldives on the TV and my shades on while reclining in the chair, I was completely relaxed. Dr. Clarke was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and Melissa was an exceptionally thorough hygienist. Highly recommend the entire friendly staff!!

We absolutely love this dental office! From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff makes you feel so welcomed and cared for. The clinical team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Their punctuality and efficiency are truly impressive, and the quality of care is exceptional. We travel all the way from New Jersey just to receive dental care at this office — that’s how amazing they are. If I started listing the names of everyone who has made our experience wonderful, the list would be very long. So many people here truly go above and beyond for their patients. We are so grateful for this dental office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care!

I had my first consultation at Matthews Dental Care and was extremely impressed from the moment I walked through the door. The reception staff was cheerful, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making me feel comfortable right away. The dental assistant was fantastic, professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
